Courtesy of Chainlove, i ordered a pair of 700x34 Hutchinson cyclocross tires.

Unfortunately, everywhere i look, there are only 700x28-32 or 700x35-38 sized tubes avaliable. When ordering tubes, should i go slightly higher or slightly lower? (i don't have the tires in hand yet so i can't get an accurate measurement yet to see if they are true to size or not)

it best to go with a slight lower size, the tube will full the tire with no problem. it will makes it easier to remove and put on the tire too.

Slightly smaller is better than bigger.
