Mountain Biking - what size frame recommendations?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I am a very thin light weight guy, 5'7, 125lbs, what size frame do you guys suggest for me?

i suggest you put all of your questions into 1 post. I also suggest that you look back on prior discussions because i know the seat one has been discussed. You could stop by the LBS and figure out the frame size and you'd be a lot more informed rather than asking people to answer questions specifically to you

what bike...what style of riding...what fit are you used to. There is no set way to fit a bike. It takes knowing what you want to do, what you like and what you are used to.

People (well a couple people) have been telling me to sell my DiamondBack frame, because apperntly it's not "the best" but im such a lightweaight guy, (123lbs) and i woulden't want to sell it, because that bike is feather light, i could litterally lift it with a finger, and the frame is very, very strong. Personally i would reccomend a Diamondback frame, because of your light weight. If you really want to spend the money, go for a Diamondback from the XTR series, but if you want a good bike, with endless modification possiblities, get a Diamondback from the Mountain Performence series.
well, im just a casual biker, just to the park and stuff, nothing extreme, i just wanted to know what frame size is good, xs maybe?

For casual riding usually a medium. But it depends on the fit of the bike.
