The White Clay Bicycle Club www.whiteclaybicycleclub.org has a ride that goes across Delaware. You may also want to try the Potomac Pedalers Touring Club at www.bikepptc.org

Not that close but BRAG (Bicycle Ride Across Georgia) is a great and well supported ride. Goes June this year mountans to the coast! Brag.org
