Hey, I just got some new derailleurs and shifters. SRAM force 10s front, Rival 10s rear, and SRAM 10s bar end shifters. Will this setup work with a 9-speed cassette? or do I have to get a 10-speed cassette? I can't really afford a decent 10s wheel right now and would prefer to stick with my 9s till I can afford something worthwhile.

You can use your same wheel, just change the cassette.

A "9-speed wheel" is a 10-speed wheel. All you have to change is the cassette and chain. With SRAM shifters and derailleurs you can use any Shimano or SRAM cassette so it doesn't have to be expensive.
