3 weeks ago I shipped my Fox RP2 to Push industries to have them work their magic. I walked into the local Office Max in Arroyo Grande, CA because it was the most convinient place to ship my package. I jumped throught their hoops and even paid for the additional insurance and over night shipping and sent my pakage on its way . The next day I recieve a call from Push saying that they recieved my package and work order, but no Shock. I called DHL and they said that they would look through their lost and found for a couple of days, and if the shock does not surface I can go ahead and file my claim. So I wait 4 days and no shock. I proceed to file my claim with the company and am assured I will hear back from them within 48 hours. So 1 week later I call and say that I have not heard anything back, what is going on? They tell me that there is nothing I can do as Office Max is the shipper I have no rights. This would have been good information to have the half dozen times I talked to DHL about this situation.
So today I call Office Max and they imediatley started giving me the run around. Their positon is they are not the shipping company and any problem should be between me and DHL. They did not even want to get involved in any way. I finally get them to offer to call and they tell me they will but it will be when they are not too busy, hopefully today. I said give me a break. so they said they would actually call right away. So now the waiting begins.
On the plus side, Push has been fanastic. They offered to get me a Fox RP23 at a good price and do the tune to it to make up for the headaches that they in no way caused. I cannot believe how good their service has been on the whole thing. The shock will be installed this week and I look forward to giving it a try.
