Someone should report that intersection. It seems to have no clear markings as to who has the right of way.

As our provincial governments here in Canada seem to believe - if they had helmets on, there wouldn't be a problem.

Right at the end you can hear a helicopter. I wonder, is it a special forces Chinook come to extract G.I. Joe from behind enemy lines, or is it an Apache air strike on the cyclo-terrorists?
