Hi, I have Sora components on my bike and I was wondering how I would go about removing them and what tools I would need. I checked the shimano site but they only have insstructions for 105 and up.

Probably a standard crank arm remover available at any bike shop. I believe they vary in price from about $10.00 and up.

Check out the park tool site. THey have loads of information. The barnett's manual sticky on this site also has loads of information.
