I never biked before and so I don't know how it goes in the rain... also... I wear glasses... I want something where I can just come to school ready to go and dont have to change again... I will be carrying a laptop with me in a back pack too... any advice will help... thank you lots...

for rain:
get a good set of water proof jacket, and pants
something you can quickly unbag and wear them on top of whatever clothes you are wearing
they are usually inexpensive, about $20 a piece, at your local stores that sells waterproof wear, basically most camping related places.

for cold/snow:
the cheap way is to just wear whatever you would normally wear, except for looong coats.
if you want to go Pro, then there's a lot to go on, for ridiculous amount of money.
semi pro, just wear anything that is tight, and warm, specially a good tight jacket, but still free enough for you to move about naturally.
it is some what less expensive than going pro.
most tight fit jackets and pants that are warm for the winter, usually cost pretty penny.
