Trempealeau County. There are many loops already mapped out. http://www.ridebctc.com/BikeLoops/bikeloopsindex.htm
I realize it may be quite a drive for the IL gang, but it would be worth it.

Good idea! I grew up near Taylor, just into Jackson County to the east (Blair-Taylor was my school). Trempealeau and western Jackson county have some incredible biking. Good climbs, wicked descents, gorgeous scenery. Many roads in Trempealeau county average 3 cars per hour or less. Can't get more perfect than that. :thumb:

I would definitely be interested, after spending my first winter here, being originally from Ga. It would be nice to meet others from the frozen tundra.

My first job was in Dunn County and I rode all over that area. Peaceful and spectacular. I'd come up from the Milwaukee-Madison banana belt, no question.
