I remember when I was a kid this guy had a bike he rode in parades, the front wheel was laced so that the bike bobbed up and down, I think the hub was offset radialy bout 2 inches. Has anybody else seen this?

I wonder how he calculated the spoke lengths. I'd think they'd almost all have to be different.

There is some crazy stuff on that sight. I have seen a clown with those wheels. I also saw a bike that had a fork that didn't swivel. The frame pivoted just ahead of the seat tube. It was a low rider.
The crazyest thing I ever saw. I was in New Zealand, mountain biking on some cross country trails. And this girl comes the other way, on a unicycle.
I think UCI should implement the prologue in next year's TdF with those clown wheels... That would be hilarious... Lets see if David Millar will have another mechanical to spoil his victory!
