I have the Trek ACH bike computer, which has a wireless speed sensor, wired cadence sensor, and wireless heart rate monitor. The directions are awful, as previously noted here, but I think I've got it all installed in the right places now. My problem is I can't get any of the sensors to pair up with the computer. Not one of them. I've changed the batteries in the computer, the speed sensor, and the HRM, but it hasn't made any difference. The instructions say the computer should, after reset, say "Pair?" on screen. But it never gets to that step. Appreciate help anyone else can provide here. I'm losing my mind trying to make it work.

Also, apologies if I missed this solution somewhere else. I searched but did not find, beyond just general frustration installing these computers in general.

From a quick read through teh manual, it appears to be important to only activate one sensor at a time. I would assume this means to pair it to each sensor by activating that sensor (spin the wheel in speed mode, etc.) It should only say pair after you get it in the right mode and activate that sensor by spinning the wheel, turning the crankset, or wearing the HRM. You can only pair one sensor at a time.

Does seem a bit tedious but not that complicated from their online manual

That said, I have never played with one, so I am not speaking from experience here. Best of luck and hopefully an Incite owner will chime in with some real help.

Thanks - I've gone through the manual, and tried to do them one by one, but still no luck.
