I think that the thread regarding the tax law changes enacted by the "Bail out bill" relating to cyclocommuters should be made sticky (at least temporarily) in the commuting forum. The bill (and the pork that was attached to the bill) is making big news all over the country and I'm sure many cyclists will be looking for insight into how they might be able to take advantage of the new incentive.

Ryan, I totally agree. You might have better luck if you PM a mod and ask to make the thread sticky. I don't think they check here very often.
