Igor Kenk (bike thief around Toronto, found in possession of over 2500 stolen bikes) is out on bail. He paid for bail using money he earned by selling those bikes and stealing them back. HE SHOULD ROT IN JAIL! I should hide my BMX... ****ty as it is.
