Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - what color bar tape for my road bike?

i know this is singlespeed, but i want my bike to be tarck-like even though it's road.

But it's Performance Bike's house brand named "Scattante."

get pink track grips to match your spokes...

i painted over the "tante" "RL"

and i'd rather just get a pink arrospok.

Go with Red to match the spot on your fender.
Go with Black, cover the Red spot with electrical tape.

the fender strap is construction orange, however that could be a cool wrap color.

How about white and black(one roll of each) like a candy cane! I did red and black for a friend on a Felt F80 (same as 10WHEELS bike ^) and it looks amazing, the downside is u gotta buy 2 packs of tape.

Even better idea! Get some risers and cut them off so you can't control your bike, then put a top tube pad on the top, seat and down tubes. Tarck as ****

OMG, I just read your posting.

You want to make it look tarck like? Why? it is a pretty decent looking compact geometry road bike. If you want a track bike, the only real option is sell and get one.

The characteristics of a track/tarck bike are made possible by the lack of cables from brakes and gears. Handlebars are easily switched to risers, bullhorns or track drops. There is a simple/clean look to the frame with a classic horizontal TT.
These are the attributes that make a nice track bike, the rest is personalization, which seems somewhat akin to BMX personalization.

I don't want to come across as being offensive, but it seems like you are asking an impossible question. I think what you really want is the personalized style that many tarck bikes have, but polling on the internet for the new colour of your bar tape is not the way to personalize your bike.

poo colored tape would be awesome, but i don't know of many cheap tapes that come in poobrown.

i used black tape and made it all ghoul-inspired with some white athletic tape on the top parts of the bike. i dunno. i do like it, i was just wondering what people thought.

I'd say flip your stem. and put on Black/ or White tape.

the frame's pretty small... it fits me nicer with the up-stem. at first I liked being farther out to extend my torso over the tt as much as possible... but after trying it like this it's actually better like this.

but as for tarck advice, you're spot on.
