If yes, do you know what how "hilly" the ride is? Just like to get an idea what I'm in for. As a point of reference, I'm from the Raleigh area and consider the areas in Cary, Apex and south Raleigh to be moderately hilly.

OK, I did the ride. For those from the Raleigh area, this was a good, supported ride that was worth it. They had a choice of 25K, 50K and 75K. I chose the 50K, but when I arrived three teamates from my club where there and talked me into the 75K. Having slowed up on my training, I should've stuck to my plan, but it was a good, fun ride. The ride takes you through some beautiful back areas in NC and VA. Really nice countryside. For $30, you get the ride, a T-shirt, lunch after the ride and snacks along the way. You might want to watch for this one next year around this time.
BTW, it starts in Roxboro, NC, with a rolloff time of 9:00AM.
