Anyone else do this?
Much harder of a course than last week, and definitely took a big chunk of my body (as i slid out on pavement and clipped a tree which sent me flying) but was a lot of fun. Finished roughly the same as last week (3rd in -35 Cat 4, 10th overall in a 30ish person combined 4 field) but definitely came away with a lot of experience, more than last week. Definitely could tell how working on technique helped, especially when I passed tons of people every time we'd hit the run up because they'd push the bike up hill instead of shouldering.
I'm still horribly sore though.
