Bianchi Axis wheel/hub question.

I am thinking about buying Bianchi Axis for both off-road and road use.
I have a road bike from Marin. Can I use the wheel from my road bike for Axis?
Is there any difference in the size of hub (130 vs 135??)? Or if there is, it's not a problem?
I appreciate any advice.

The Axis uses standard road wheels (130mm spacing).
