Winter Cycling - Recomendacion for Ski Goggle with interchangeable Lenses

I need recommendation for a good set of Ski Goggles for Biking.

So today i went to many outdoor shops, and tried several on, some a nice and fits me well, some are too small for my liking.

but the most annoying thing was, of the ones i liked, it had that red / orange tint, which totally kills my eyes.

and all the ones that had neutral colours (light yellow, grey, bluish, clear) are too small, the design doesn't provide a wide area view, so i didn't want those, but i wanted those lenses.

So then i googled some info up an apparently there are Ski Goggles that has interchangeable lenses, but i can't seem to find any at my local stores.

So if anyone has a link to good reputable websites that sells those, it'll be much appreciated.

I've been a big fan of my Oakley A frames. I picked up the orange and blue lenses for normal lighting and low light respectively. Granted it was for skiing but they could work for cycling too if needed.

Uvex 501 (but buy them at a motocross/snowmobile shop, they're half the $$$ for the same frame). Available/inexpensive lenses in various tints, clear too. Take into consideration that a single lense might fog up with heavy aerobic activity if that's your situation.

I kinda need it ASAP, temperatures are dropping quite a bit.

sounds interesting, i'll google those up, and see if i can find them around.

there is a simple and quick easy way to prevent fog under heavy perspiration.... just make bigger holes on top and sides :lol:

seriously, the quicker the hot air escapes, the less chances of condensation.

i just need it to protect my eyes from direct ice freezing winds

Smith makes a super-bling goggle that has easy-change lenses and a HUGE field of vision. I can't recall the name. I don't know if I would go for Oakley A-frames if I needed to switch lenses out every day. I use them for snowboarding, and changing lenses is a giant pain. I also have to question the use of goggles at around 0C. I know it's more humid in T.O. than here in Calgary, but I'm happy in regular eyewear until -20C. After that they fog too much and I'll just squint a lot.

I use oakley crowbars. Get the snowboard ones over the motoX model, as the single lens will be more fog-prone.

If I could find the snowcross model with tear-offs I supposed that would be even better (road salt spray can cause lens scratches of you just wipe it off dry), but I haven't seen a clear night-riding lens for them yet.

I start using goggles below freezing as well. They never fog. I must have a cold face or something.

That's a Smith goggle, looks to be one of the basic models. It looks easy to change, but I'm willing to bet that dude is a rep, and those are his easy-change demo goggles. That said, Smith goggles are easier to change lenses on than Oakleys in my experience.

If you have a favourite goggle in mind, why don't you just grab it from e-bay? Oakley A-frames are one of their top selling models, and always available from somebody. Also, keep an eye on www.tramdock.com and www.steepandcheap.com for super cheap deals on sunglasses and goggles. I have a set of Oakley Wisdom's coming to me, total cost ~$60 shipped to my door. Compare that to the $150 my local shops are asking...

after much research, i opted to go by either the ones made by Smith, or Gordini

since i was unable to find any Smith locally, i went for the Gordini ones at MEC

it has a quick interchangeable lenses system

it comes out of the box with 2 lenses, and i might buy the clear one for night skiing / biking

both of these are OTG friendly, so you can wear your normal sunglasses inside.
