Looking to find out the year of my Viscount. It is the red and white Aerospace GP. Does anyone know the chronology of the Viscount line, when they were purchased by Yamaha, when they used certain Shimano Derailleurs. I'll have to get near my bike so I can rattle them off. Just a feeler to see if the knowledge is out there. It's definitely post Yamaha acquisition, but I don't have Shimano Crane der's. I believer they're Titleist. Any serial number knowledge would be good too. It's a four digit number followed by two letters... EB. I'll hit you back with the actuals here soon. Thanks.

On Sheldon Brown's site, there's a brief article with some sense of timeline: http://www.sheldonbrown.com/lambert.html
