Electric Bikes - In need of a website? (ebike - motor vehicle?)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Im from Ontario, Canada. There is absolutely no website online i can get a straight answer other than less than so many km's/hr and pedal assisted consider the ebike not to be a motor vehicle. Are ebike scooters considered motor vehicles?
-Have a drivers license suspension and need a good website to read up on. :crash: Can i ride an ebike scooter? Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks..

It appears that no license is required if you meet the canadian (federal) standards for what is an e-bike.
PAB {pedal assisted bicycle** riders must follow the rules and regulations of a regular bicycles, wear an approved bicycle helmet and be at least 16 years or older.

If the electric bicycle travels faster than 32km/h, it requires a liscence. Either you try and register it (good luck) Or just don't speed with it.
