hi there,
i am interested in converting my mountain bike to an electric.
i like the specs of the izip 36v 1000watt currie set up,
i think running more than three sla batteries on a bike would be a bit to heavy.
anyway back to the izip set up.
is there a conversion kit,for example curries 36v 1000watt motor.that can be applied to a standard mountain bike,
ifso please let me know of any websites where i can purchase it from would be great.:thumb:i need an international supplier.
also if any one could tell me what i would need to build this type of kit
my budget would be $300.00 - $450.00aus dollers tops, for a motor, controller+throttle including shiping cost to sydney australia
i can get batteries locally.unfortunatly not the type of kit i am wanting to build with:cry:.
i also like the chain drive system like cyclone, but the wear and tear of it all especially on bicycle gears and chain ect.i think could be maybe a bit dangerous + more costly when it comes to replacing bicycle parts more often.puts me of buying one locally
so any one with some advice or know how to help me build from scratch would be great
thanks for your time
