I want to go as Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law. But I may not even dress up at all. We had a huge Halloween party for the past 4 years, but this year the wife is pregnant, and we've kind of out-grown our friends' party style (many are still stuck in the "let's get plastered at the kegger!" phase, while we're in the "married with kids" camp).

I'm stuck having to go over to our BSL-3 lab that day, so I've got to wear stuff that most people would consider a Halloween costume just to do my regular job.

I'm not biased to either one. However, the fresh donkey can be put in the freezer afterwards and the frozen concentrate can't be reused.

My Halloween costume is definitely NOT being posted here...

Same as last year, but this year my friend has a similar one (sumo wrestler) and we're going trick or treating together.

funny you should ask. i'm kinda depressed about it this year- I've always got my costume together (made) by this time. Might re-use one from a previous year, since they have yet to debut in CO.

I've also had this idea on my mind a few years now- I'm afraid I've cut back so much on my training significantly the past month, so its a slim chance I'd be seen clad in that.

Ahhh, the Slave Leia costume...always a favorite at Scifi conventions everywhere :p

I might just wear a kimono and be done with it, or don my pinstriped suit and a fedora and go 20's gangster.

my standard halloween crowd would be right along with my theory that halloween is an occasion to take anything and turn it into a ****** costume. but, since i'm not sure where i'll be this halloween.... I'll tone it down. :)

yeah...I had to use my work email...but true to their word, they don't spam so it's all good.

they're a lot more lockdown than here, regarding posts and propriety (which explains why I'm here more:D) but some really cool outfits on display and a lot of those folks make/design/sew their own stuff....pretty impressive. Plenty of vintage things too. Nice folks there.
