good luck. it could be a very long time before that happens. remember that we're coming off essentially two raging bull markets - the big one since the 80's and the smaller one the past 5 years. stocks are only cheap if you compare them to the historically high prices we've grown used to.
my fear is that we'll re-enact the mid 60s to the early 80s where the market basically did nothing - just languished in limbo for some 15 years. i hope i'm wrong.
