Weird Al creates some original (non-parody) work; most of it is polka. Also, some of his songs are style parodies; they don't imitate a particular song but a genre.

I like Smells Like Nirvana (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixyTNd-Ln38) partly because it's one of the few songs that pokes fun at the song it's paroding.
