Alright this is my first pair of shoes, and I bought them online. I got my shoe in the pedal, but it doesn't want to come back out. Do I just use force or how do I get it out. I don't want to break anything.

In case it is helpful. The shoe is a northwave mojave(mountain shoe)

Thanks... it looks like I will need new cleats every so often. If so, how often should I replace them or do I even need to? Thanks for the help buzzbomb

Depends on the pedal type. I use SPD, and I get about three years out of a pair of cleats. Your mileage may vary.
