Yesterday, our ISP had some major issues which caused off and on outages throughout all of our sites. They finally fixed the problem around 6:30pm Pacific time. I hope you all were not inconvenienced too much. Needless to say, it was frustrating for us as well.

I have not heard the details of the cause of the outage yet but will try to ask around and see what I can uncover.

Any estimate to when you'll be correcting the constant 'outages' with the "search the forums" feature?

Search appears to be working right now. Are you currently having issues? I know there were issues earlier in the week that were related to the network issues that we had. Our IB Search team found a fix for that and we put the fix into place. If you are still having problems with searching, please let us know with as much detail as you can give so we can try to duplicate the problem.

Thanks for letting us know. It did seem a little unusual that both BF.net and IB.com were down at the same time.
