Just want to know what some of you do...when going to work I want to protect my winter gear at the price of it all isn't low by any means. Considering its the break room and everyone goes in their and the lockers are too small to cram my gear in.
I suppose I could ask for a special area, but i don't really see where that could be. Any suggestions?

why not just store it in your own desk, or work space?
just stuff it into a big bag

What do people do with their winter jackets where you work? Surely you won't be any more heavily dressed than somebody who drove for 10 minutes in a still-warming-up car.

The big bag option was what I was thinking about doing. I don't have a desk so that wouldn't be an option.
I'm gonna dress in layers and wear a pearl izumi zeppherr jacket atop. I can't imagine its extremely durable, and considering my gear totals in over $200 dollars protecting it and keeping everything in good shape is my concern.
Maybe I could get a plastic storage bin and keep everything in there? I think I'll do that.

I've commandeered the server closet for bike and some gear. Having said that, I really sprawl and use a fan. Arriving at work coated in road slop head-to-toe means stuffing clothes in a plastic bin is a bad idea if you want to wear them later.
