On 9/27/08 I placed an order on Amazon.com for a number of items. One of the items was a pair of PI bib tights. The source of the tights was actually GearLink (Amazon partners with various retailers to increase their product selection). So while the rest of my order shipped from Amazon, this item was to ship separately from GearLink.

A week later (10/6), when I was supposed to have received the bibs according to the original order, I received an email from Amazon indicating that they did not receive any notice from GearLink that my order had shipped within the expected time frame. I could reply to the email to contact GearLink. I sent them a simple message asking that they cancel my order if it had not shipped yet. Two days later I received the cancellation confirmation from Amazon.

Just disappointed with their lack of shipping confirmation. They don't seem to be 'on the ball'. At least they did right by canceling the order without problems.
