Mountain Biking - anyone making 650b mountain bike?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Sorry if you've been here before, but is anyone making an affordable 650b mountain bike these days? Last year I saw a pic of the Soma Bside, but it doesn't seem to be in production.
Thanks.
I'm still not sold on the 650b. I've heard of so many issues with rolling beads. It's tough to say if yours will be "the one" that works. Even heard of Stans rims rolling beads.
I'd much rather run a stout 26" wheel with a 2.3-2.5" tire than a 650b with a 2.2. Though I'm not a racerboy weenie. I'm getting old, phat, and slow. Dreading the climbs and loving the descents.
I'm sold on it; I'm just waiting for the 2.5 tire and the DH-able rim. Then I'm going to lace that baby up to the front and have me a 27.5/26er.

I don't know what you call affordable but Carver makes a Ti Frame in 650b for $999.
That's pretty cheap for Ti
