It has a long time since I have been biking, and I'm getting back into it. I enjoyed riding on pavement bike trails and some easy off road trails, where theirs no obstacles but your on dirt going through the woods or somewhat.

Since it's been so long, I don't remember where any trails are, I remember going on some just can't remember where those trails are. Also I figured there must be more trails now a days then in the past. I know I would like to start off on the trail, I'm not sure where it starts but it is a paved bike trail in Brentwood, TN and I pass part of the trail a lot where Wilson Pike and Moores Lane intersect. I've tried looking on google maps but I get lost in some of the trees and can't make out where some of the trail goes. So any help of finding some good rising places in the Nashville, TN and surrounding areas would be great. I live in Franklin, TN so if anyone knows of any trails in that area, please let me know. I'm not real fond of riding on the street with cars passing me at 30-60 mph, so I would prefer trails.
