Please give me your opinion about which is the better bike.

2001 Bianchi XL Boron frame with carbon fork, 105 groupo, and Shimano R540 wheelset

or

2004 Trek 2200, OCLV Carbon frame, Bontrager Carbon fork, Bontrager Race wheelset, and Shimano Ultegra crank and rear derailur (basically a stock 2200).

What bike would you want and what would you pay?

Thanks! Ron

I would opt for the newer one. If the Trek is brand new, then I would definately go for it. The list price is about $1800, so I think it can be had for abound $1600 or so.
