Who makes recumbent-standup-tandems

I am looking to see who makes a bike that is half regular bike nad half recumbent
I believe the guys makes them in philadelphia
Last year when I did RAGBRAI in Iowa I saw one.

There is also a German manufacturer of this type of bike, and they are available in the states. I test rode one at Interbike last summer.
