On Friday my throat started to tickle and as the day progressed I developed a sore throat and burning chest. I helped organized a Saturday ride with guys who didn't know each other so I did the ride with a cold. Last night at a clam bake I was a mess and decided not to ride the Fall N Leaf ride with some good buddies. I did the right thing and went to church with my wife and after wards we went to a local flea market. I was rewarded for my attendance at church.:D I purchased a brand new Brooks Professional saddle with a can of Proofide for $20! In the spirit that "it didn't happen unless there are pictures" I submit this proof. The saddle is sitting on a new clambake pot that we paid $9 for. This was the first time I found any quality bike gear at a flea market

I think you have the nose of the Brooks a bit high. It will be uncomfortable after just a few miles.

So the Brooks is so you can condition the Clamebake pot for its intended use? Reckon 4 hours at regulo 9 should do it.

You see to have experience at this, how much of the Proofide should I put in?
