I was in Irvine Costco today and picked up some Horseradish Aged Cheddar Cheese. Wow. A slice of that on Western Bagel Perfect 10 is so delicious!

Funny side note. I went there on my motorcycle. As I was walking around in my leather jacket one of the employees made a comment that I don't look like a motorcyclists because I am too skinny.

1. I put OT in the title
2. This is region sub forum, so not everything posted here is cycling related.
3. If you want something cycling related... I got so skinny from cycling. It makes a nice pre-ride snack.
4. No one is forcing you to read this.

Because the OP is a really strong cyclist...and a great guy.

Good enough?

I like cheese. I dislike horseradish. You sullied the cheese with horseradish. You disgust me.

A burger's not a burger unless it's a cheeseburger.

I had a cheeseburger at In-n-Out today; but honestly, I like the cheeseburgers at McD's better.

Horseradish goes great with rare prime ribs though.

Yeah, they also had some kind of Red one. Also very delicious, but would have been too much. As it is, just finishing what I bought would probably will take me a while. I love Costco, but some things just shouldn't be sold in such big portions.

Usually I like eat sweet oatmeal for breakfast by mixing one of the flavored packets with quick cooking regular oatmeal. Today I decided to try something different. I just had regular unflavored oatmeal and mixed some of the cheese in. Wow! So damn delicious.

Cheese is the new carbon fiber.

Too much flex, especially on warmer days.

Irvine Costco. I hear the Tustin Costco in the District Center is the largest Costco ever.
