Can anyone recommend some windpants?
I have read some old posts, but it was hard to string together some opinions.
I like to ride, and I commute to work whenever I can, but the season is a bit short up here (Northern New Hampshire/vermont). I am looking for ways to extend my riding season. I have a windproof jacket and some brushed polypro tights that are pretty cozy, but I am looking for some windproof pants and perhaps some booties so that I can ride comfortably this time of year (commute temp is approximately 15-25oF). I was looking at performance's rain pant (~$25) and illuminite booties (~$25). I know the Burley pants are well regarded, but I do not have a good cycling shop around here that sells clothing. The closest Burley dealer is 100 miles away.
Thanks for your advice.
