So far this year my average speed is 20.9 mph, average distance is 30 miles. I haven't ridden in a group yet, though I'm looking forward to the higher speeds there. I used a trainer this winter, seems to have really helped!

Nice, what's the profile of the ride like? I just broke 20.2 on this ride last week, so I'm eager to take off my winter training tires and put on some lighter ones. The route is a little longer (20 miles), and has about more feet of climbing, but I haven't put in the coordinates into klimb yet.

wow, I like your klimb profile! I dont have anything like that, but it's West Virginia, so I can't go too far without a climb of some sort. It's not like the Pyrennes or anything like that though (however I would LOVE to train there!).
