I was driving home Friday evening and an elderly driver was in front of me. He was just going from the pull off lane, where cyclists ride all of the time back into his lane the whole way. I called and reported him to the police. The guy must have been at least 80 years old. He would have easily killed a cyclist or runner going down that lane.
