Does anyone else use the Giant OCR Touring for commuting to work? I use mine and love it!

Looking at the specs of the bike I would say it isn't really suitable for expedition touring but it would be great for commuting- exactly what you are doing!

Esp good as a foul-weather commuter, with brakes that keep on stopping.

I use mine for touring also. Of course, the longest tour that I have done is 500 miles, so I really haven't gone a long distance on it. I am really wanting to do a tour of the western hemisphere and I know that it would not be suitable at all in central and south america. But it is great here in the states!
