This is an Ortlieb "Ultimate 5 Classic," a waterproof handlebar bag. I used it on one tour; it worked out very well, but I'm changing my setup and don't have a use for it now.
As shown in the pics, this will come with all the original items: keys for the latch, shoulder strap and installation instructions.
I covered up the rather bright orange of the latch with a Sharpie; the attachment wire also has some impact points from my installation, but should be fully functional. Otherwise, 100% functional, no tears, no holes, barely used. And, uh, it's a little dusty. :D
Asking $50 plus S&H; I'm in the NYC area, so locals can save on shipping. ;) (List price, if you're curious, is $100.)
