THe Azonic and the Core Rat shin guards that have plastic on the outside are pretty cool.
The best deal going right now for protective gear is the Nuke Proof set of arms and legs at www.airbomb.com . THey are just relabeled Roach's at like half the price!!

Are plastic shin guards straight?
Or bi-sexual? Transgender?
I wasn't aware that they could be any of these things.
I guess I was wrong.

You must not spend much time around teens?
Everything that is not cool is gay.
To most kids it does not denote sexual preference.
Its just another slang term to them.

I realize that.
But though it's usage may not indicate sexual preference, it is still a homosexual reference; unless it's derived from the older definition meaning cheerful, merry, or lighthearted, but that doesn't seem very likely. As it is used to indicate something that is bad, or "not cool," that would seem to imply that homosexuality is likewise a bad thing. Though it may not be directly intentional, it is a derogatory remark just the same.
It's not entirely unlike the phrase Indian giver.
Things like these may be "just another slang term," but that doesn't make them any less insulting.

Don't get me started on the PC BS! I could go off on people who expect more rights, not equal rights or people who end up limiting the rights of the many for the benefit of the few.
I will probably get flammed if I continue, so I'll just stop right here, right now!

Ask your self this...
Do shins that have no hair, 4 skrews in them, hurt at every change of weather, and set off air port metal detectors look stupid?
Does sitting in the hospital, double casted at the legs, while your mates go off and ride with out you, make you feel stupid?
Is having the nurse wipe your XXX because you can becuase your legs are tweeked, a gay function?
Or you could ask, will I be in a situation where A) shin gaurds are warrented, if yes, B) What is more important, looks and appearance, or function?:roflmao:
