Preheat oven to 375. Pat dough into a greased, 14" pizza pan.
In large skillet, cook & stir apples in butter over medium heat, 2 minutes. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon & nutmeg; stir into apples. Cook 3 minutes longer. Reduce heat to low and cook uncovered 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. In a small bowl mix cheese topping and spread on pizza dough, add apple topping. In another bowl mix streusel topping, place on top of apples. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. Can be served hot with ice cream or cold.

It may be pizza crust, but it's not pizza. But whatever it is, it does sound delicious.

Bluesdawg: I've been wondering about the drought situation in your neck of the woods. How are things doing have you folks gotten enough rain for the officials to call an official end to the drought?

Plenty of rain lately in my part of the state. I think some areas are still very low. Not sure about the official status, but I believe there are still some water restriction in place.

I think I'll just grill some hot wings and watch the game tonight. I don't feel like messing with multiple ingredients. :D
