i have been riding fixed only on street for awhile.
and i am hoping to get into racing next year.
the problem is that there is no velodrome in my area; the closest one is all the way in chicago.
also, winter is fast approaching so the change for me to ride outdoor is getting slim.
is there any good tips on training indoor in the gym?
should i just do lots of leg press, squats and abdominal works?
or, should i ride stationary bike for hours with high tension?
thanks guys
