The cover on my 105 flight deck brake/shifter handles. I can't see a screw or anything, and the rattle will drive me nuts when I ride it again.

I don't think they tighten via a screw:

I had the same problem on my Ultegra levers and I followed the instructions to pop off the cap and then used some silicon glue to simply glue it down.

you need to pop off the plastic part of the hood (the pointy thingy with the 105 logo on it) and under you will find a small black bracket with a screw in the middle of it and a small pin that goes into the cover.. .. tighten the screw, and then pop the cover back on..

My older Ultegra shifters rattled quite profusely. I rolled a small peice of electrical tape (sticky side out) under the cap and snapped it back on. It was snug and secure after that.
