Touring - Extras on the new Surly

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
The Surly site lists a few extras that come with the LHT (clear chainstay protector, die extruded cables with anti-rattle donuts, full CPSC reflector kit, generic owner's manual).
Mine didn't come with the reflector kit or the owner's manual. No reflectors at all on my bike.
Did anyone else get them?

yup. Everything you listed.
Hmmm.... I guess we need to go to the shop to get them, and while I'm there I'll have them replace the spoke hub with a broken edge.

I didn't get a pie plate. Awesome. The black spacers they gave me are hideous, and spacers are ******** expensive.

I got the chainstay protector and donuts but not the pie-plate, reflectors, or owner's manual. The owner's manual is truly basic and also available for download:

It depends on the laws in your state. In Minnesota you cannot sell a bike without a front and rear reflector and an owner's acknowledgement responsibility... hence hte manual. You gotta sign that you've read the part in the manual about bike safety.
