I'm familiar with the accepted wisdom that steel provides a more forgiving ride and I'm familiar with the rebuttal to that idea, so I'd like to hear from those that have been able to compare the steel Speed models with aluminium Dahons. Are there any clear differences in the ride? And given that the Speed P8 has an aluminium fork, how does that ride? I'd have thought that was a rather illogical combination.
