What's the course like?
I was gonna do the socal cyclocross spookycross thing but realized it's in the evening and because of the distance don't really want to do that.

I believe there is a course picture on the website. There is also another race on Dec 14 close by in Palos Verdes Estates.

Well there's a map, an overhead shot, but no indication where the course is in the park. I was just wondering if it's mostly grass or what.

It's a big sand pit with a run up a cliff. Spooky Cross will be a much better course.

Honestly, sunflower, if you're involved with back on track productions, I don't mean this to be rude but rather just a critical observation- the back on track website is pretty unhelpful. I've never seen any course description there at all and there doesn't seem to be any specific flyers for the individual races. It really leaves me just scratching my head. Just a little more specific info with a description of the course would be very helpful.

i am not involved with the race in anyway. i am a cyclists who wants to advance the sport and get people out to race. in my experience there are always lots of people who can find any excuse NOT to race. this board has lots of them.
if you had a question about the race or course you could try emailing or calling the promoter. you could also just show up and race.
