Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Read it while it's up there; I don't think the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's links are permanent. This travel article (http://www.star-telegram.com/travel/story/980065.html) in today's paper is about a couple from Fort Worth that did a bicycle tour of Vermont. Here are the photos (http://www.star-telegram.com/news/photos/gallery/980066.html). (In Photo 8 is a pic of the tour guide with his classic Raleigh :thumb:)

Thanks for posting the article. There's little written here about supported tours; it's good to be reminded that they are part of touring too.
If found that Vermont is a great state to bike, but like the article points out, it isn't flat.
If you want an unsupported tour, try ACA's Green Mountain Loop, or a variation of it.
Here are a couple of nice VT tours and plenty more if you look for tours by location.
