I know you all must be fed up with BOB questions so I'll try and make it snappy. I have the BOB with the 26"/700c no fenders fork. I currently use this with an MTB. I'm building a crosscheck that will have fatties n' fenders. If I put the 29er/700c & fenders fork on, should I not use this with my MTB? I mean should I change back to the smaller fork when I want to use the smaller wheel size? I know this is probably a dumb question. My apologies in advance.

You should go with the shortest forks that clear whichever tires and fenders that you use.

We have 2 BOBs each with the fork for 700c wheels. My SO uses them on both his Crosscheck with fenders, and his commuter bike with 26" wheels and fenders. The smaller BOB fork, IMO, does not have enough clearance for 26" wheels with fenders that have mudflaps.
