Northeast - southern connecticut bike advocates

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

i was going to make it SCAB, but SCBA sounds a bit more sensible!!

anyway, i'm going to be regestering the organization with the help of the thunderhead alliance, with the aim of creating a bike plan/safe routes to schools in southern connecticut, and making some towns officially bike freindly (can you believe there is not one 'bike friendly townin the whole state?)

please do not hesitate to contact me with questions/concerns comments.

Eh, this state isn't that bad... I mean, there have been bad experiences but then again there always will be anywhere you go. There will always be people who hate cyclists. Cool idea though, good luck getting it off the ground and keep us posted on it's progress!
