I spotted a 1984 peugeot p-8 like in the photos below sitting outside the offices of a local industrial company, and think it can be had for $10-20, the components appear to be all there, albeit with a little rust, and its missing the front wheel. I won't be able to fit it, does this thing have any resale value? Of interest to anyone here?

Some dude was selling a comparable bike on craigslist here and it sold quickly for 200. So if you have the ability to make it presentable, you can probably make a lil' $$$; if you've got that sorta time and inclination!
